INTRODUCTION TO PCB DESIGN

Data required for PCB design

1. Schematic diagram: complete electronic document format that can generate correct netlist.
2. Mechanical dimension: provide the specific location and direction identification of the positioning device, as well as the identification of the specific height limit area.
3. BOM list: mainly used to determine and check the specified packaging information of components on the schematic diagram.
4. Wiring guide: description of specific requirements for special signals, and design requirements for impedance, lamination, etc

Data output

After the PCB Layout design is completed, the engineers conduct mutual inspections, including DFM inspection, QA inspection, EMC inspection, and after the customer confirms OK, the Gerber and other production documents are issued.
